Our waterjet cutting service utilizes an Omax 55100 Jet Machining Center.  The machine will cut nearly any material using a water/garnet mix that is sprayed through the material at 40,000 psi.  Materials that we have cut include glass, stone, heat-treated steel, standard steel, aluminum, plastic, plexiglass, and foam rubber.  We can cut sheet sizes up to 55 inches by 100 inches.  The machine leaves a nearly burr-free cut without a heat-effected zone, leaving the cut edges as soft as the parent metal.  Please contact us for more information or a quote for your application.
